Glenn Brandon, Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding members of SentrySciences, brings 30+ years of sales and service experience serving both the High Technology Electronics and Pharmaceutical Markets. Prior to SentrySciences (f/k/a PMT), Glenn was the Global VP of Sales and Service for Particle Measuring Systems, Inc., responsible for a global network of sales and service offices focused on the Semiconductor, Data Storage and Pharmaceutical Markets. In this capacity, he oversaw both direct and indirect sales and service resources and was responsible for the development and execution of global sales and service strategies.
Erik Haugen, Chief Operating Officer for SentrySciences, has close to 30 years of experience in instrumentation development, manufacturing, service, sales, and support. Throughout his career at Particle Measuring Systems, he spent time in Manufacturing (assembly, final test & calibration) and Service & Repair (in-house and global on-site calibrations, and technical writing). Entering the business side, he worked as Inside Sales Engineer, Direct Sales Representative and Global Account Manager. At Anton Paar, he was Territory Manager overseeing sales and service functions for the Rheology and Zeta Potential product lines. Erik has been with SentrySciences since 2013 making beneficial use of all his expertise. Erik has an A.A.S. in Electronics and a B.S. in Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys RVing, customizing his old truck, and, at work and home; mechanical design and 3D printing.
Dan Knollenberg, Chief Financial Officer, has been in the micro contamination industry for close to 50 years in operations, finance and board involvement with Particle Measuring Systems, Research Electro-Optics, Particle Metrics Inc., TSI and, since 2011, SentrySciences. He brings a wealth of knowledge to every facet of SentrySciences' business! Dan has a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University.
Mark Berdovich, Director of Sales, has over 25 years of experience solving customer problems related to particles and other unwanted sources of contamination. Starting in 1995 with Micro Measurement Labs, a particle testing laboratory and particle standards manufacturer, Mark received his GMP training and spent 6 years developing products and test methods for customers and in support of a sister company distributing particle counting and sizing instruments. In 2001, he was offered an opportunity to move to Florida to launch a new Southeast Territory for a design-build cleanroom construction contractor. After successfully building a multi-million-dollar territory from zero, he accepted an opportunity to move to Colorado in 2008 to manage the systems installation and validation services group at Particle Measuring Systems. He joined the SentrySciences team in 2017 and is proud to be leveraging his GMP and Project Management experience to serve customer’s monitoring system needs. Mark has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Sandy Hutchison, Global Director of AI Software Products, joined Sentry Sciences in 2020. She has 30+ years of experience in high technology operations, sales, and marketing. Before joining SentrySciences, Sandy was VP of Operations for Research Electro-Optics, responsible for manufacturing strategy and execution, customer support, configuration management, sustaining engineering, supply chain and inventory control. Her experience in environmental and contamination control began at Particle Measuring Systems, where she held managerial and executive roles in Supply Chain, Global Account Management, Sales & Operations and Global Marketing. In these roles, she applied her knowledge of environmental and contamination control to new product development, market strategy and client support for products targeted at the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Data Storage markets. Sandy has a B.S. in Business and Communications from Regis University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Away from the office, Sandy enjoys cooking, reading, and writing fiction and travel.
Eric Gottlieb, Business Development Manager – ParticleSentryAI, has over 20 years of experience in instrumentation for monitoring and control of manufacturing operations. Prior to joining SentrySciences, he was Director of Engineering and Operations at Yokogawa Fluid Imaging Technologies, overseeing the development and manufacturing of flow imaging microscopy products used in protein therapeutic and gene & cell therapy development as well as various aquatics applications. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in sales, product management, project delivery and validation, and engineering at Particle Measuring Systems, focused on particle and microbial contamination monitoring especially in parenteral drug manufacturing and other life sciences applications. Eric has a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Plattsburgh, and an MBA from Norwich University. When not hard at work, Eric enjoys running, cycling, and hiking with his family and dog.
Mark Cowley, Systems Integration Manager is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. He received an Information Technology extraordinary ability visa (EB-1) to the United States and relocated to Colorado in 1998. Since 2015 he has worked in various capacities at SentrySciences in support of customer installations of cleanroom monitoring systems. Currently Mark leads Systems Integrations and Validations for SentrySciences. Mark’s technical profile is ideally suited to SQL database management, design, and implementation of instrumentation software drivers and OPC integration with third party software packages. As a pastime he enjoys gardening and restoring classic cars and motorcycles.
Taylor Dunlop, Service & Quality Manager, joined SentrySciences in November of 2018. Before joining SentrySciences, he worked as a Premium Auditor for The Hartford, working as a remote on-site auditor for the entire state of Colorado and parts of Kansas. There he honed his skills in Quality Reporting, Customer Service, and Account Management. He brings technical expertise from his time as a Fire Control Technician in the Navy (Honorably Discharged Veteran), and as a Field Engineer for Halliburton. At SentrySciences, Taylor took over all calibration services, quadrupling service sales in 3 years, and the ISO 9001 quality program where he led the company through (2) ISO recertifications and an update from ISO 9001:2008 to the new ISO 9001:2015. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University with B.S. in Finance.
Nancy Yocum, Marketing Communications Specialist, brings several years of experience with print, commercial and social media advertising to SentrySciences. Responsible for driving demand by developing and executing marketing campaigns, expanding brand awareness, managing the virtual and live tradeshow process, and measuring the effectiveness of the marketing program.
Prior to SentrySciences, Nancy was an Account Manager for Procter and Gamble Business to Business Advertising for Crest Toothpaste. Nancy holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois.
Don Pfeffer, Product Marketing - Biodecontamination Products, founded Accurate Reimbursement Solutions, Inc. a healthcare revenue cycle management company in July 1996. As president and chief executive officer, he was responsible for managing the company's overall direction, market strategy and business development. He retired from Accurate Reimbursement Solutions in July of 2019 and joined SentrySciences to put his healthcare and clinical experience to use developing applications and strategies for SentrySciences' Bioreset and other biodecontamination products. Don received his bachelor's degree from Ohio University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Don enjoys work on, and riding, all types of motorcycles.
Ed Applen, Integration Engineer, has more than 25 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles, with 10 years of experience designing, installing, and validating Environmental Monitoring Systems in the US, Canada, South America, and Asia. Prior to joining Sentry Sciences in 2022, he worked for Particle Measuring Systems as an Integration Engineer and Project Manager, and as a manager in other industries, including payment processing and market research. Ed brings his customer service and technical background to Sentry Sciences with a focus on providing excellent customer experience.
Lilly Sweet, Accounting Manager, has spent the last +25 years helping business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being. She has experience in the private, public accounting, corporate and government accounting sectors. Lilly has an extensive financial and business development background. She brings expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind to the SentrySciences table. Lilly holds a B.S. in Finance. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, golfing, hiking and spending time with her family.
